Origin & variety: The lemon (Citrus limon) is an ancient natural cross between the bitter orange and the citron (Cedro). Our fruit is untreated – the peel can be used too without a second thought.
Taste: Fresh, sour and intensely aromatic, with a fragrant peel rich in essential oils – indispensable in cooking, in drinks and in baking.
Sweetness: ●○○○○ low (2/10) – but maximum freshness
